Mixing God and Education: A Scatterbrain's Introspection

(July 24, 2008 | ymarg.multiply.com)
One of the people I know told me...I'm a thinker.

Not always...
If I was-- I wouldn't have always forgotten where I put my glasses.
Or would not have almost used the facial wash in substitute for toothpaste.

No...No.
That's not it...More like an intense thinker...

In most cases, it's a great condtradiction to my stand as a YFC...

Yes--
It's a great plus for giving talks, being a speaker and all. Gives people some idea that you really know what you're talkin' about. Which might be a cover-up for those jagged nerves.

But--
There's always a but.

Some times things get rather messed up--
When you mix up

God and Education.

You see my point?
I hope you do.
Like this one time. I was trying to reorganize my
Top Three priorities:

1.God
2.Studies
3.Family

or was it Studies first, Family second and then God?

or maybe God first, then Family, and then Studies?

Ahh..
Forget it...

In probability and statistics. There could have been 6 different ways of rearranging the Three.
Like trying to rearranging pieces from three different groups of outfits...

Unfortunately,

life isn't a matchmaking contest.
And eeniee-meeniee-miney-moe isn't any good help either.

So I tried a different approach...

No, it's not psychology. Just a bit of math and logic...

It's called BALANCE...

Ever met the word before?
Of course, it's an ancient way of determining whether. Two objects weigh the same.
So, wait a minute. It means the Three should be equal right?

So I have to do them altogether? At the same time?

Another BUMMER...

Ahh...
the complexities of life.
CHED should scratch out Logic on some Prospectuses.

Then I tried another way.
I tried to go with the flow. Wait and see...

Do now...
Fix later...

And where it got me?

It's something I would not want to do ever again.

So after all these detours and experiments...

I realized another Three things you could choose to do:
(don't worry, it's not heirarchal)

1. Doing Everything

2. Doing Nothing

3. Doing Your Thing and Letting God Do His thing
